Sunlu High-Speed PLA Filament
SUNLUs High Speed PLA is a PLA material specially designed for high-speed printing. Compared to standard PLA, this High Speed PLA can achieve a 300% higher speed of up to 600 mm/s. The flowability of the material has also been increased by an incredible 500% to ensure smooth extrusion and prevent possible nozzle clogging.
More time and energy saving
Print quality at 0-100mm/s is superior to regular PLA, resulting in smoother surfaces and better overhang performance. With overhang angles less than 70° not requiring support, this filament significantly reduces printing time and material waste. It allows for low-temperature fast printing at 180-195℃, saving both time and energy.
500% Enhanced Fluidity
No clogging occurs even during high-speed printing at ≥250mm/s, ensuring consistent material flow.
Improved Heat Dissipation
The heat dissipation performance of High Speed PLA is increased by 180%, allowing faster cooling under the same conditions and enabling rapid printing without material buildup.

High Speed PLA has a fast curing speed, which enhances rapid printing and drape performance. Excellent printer air cooling can eliminate the need for support for draping angles less than 70°.
